Travel
I’ve worked as a publicist in the UK, a volunteer in Peru, a grape-picker in France and a dancer in a Bolivian folkloric dance troupe.
Between 2001-2002 I spent two years living and working in Mozambique. While there - thanks to the numerous trips into South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi and beyond – I developed a passion for everything African.
In the last 18 months I’ve eaten, talked and danced my way around South Africa, Lesotho and Swaziland; Bolivia; Greece (the Peloponnese); Portugal; Canada; and Portland, Oregon, China. I've just spent another two months in Portugal, and am currently eating my way around Greece - Central Greece and the Peloponnese (as at April-June 2013).
